If you’re looking for a lovely holiday bach in a very relaxing, safe, friendly family environment, this bach is for you.

A lot of upgrading has been done inside the bach, but the new owners can add their own touches to make it theirs.

This is a very tidy fully powered, fully furnished bach that consists of an annex/lounge at the front, a caravan to the front left side with two single built-in beds, separate fully plumbed kitchen with running hot water from an electric hot water cylinder and a LPG gas stove, fully plumbed separate toilet and shower with hot running water from a LPG gas califont system, and the main bedroom with a double bed at the rear.

There is a fold-out double bed sofa in the lounge as well as a two-seater couch and a lazy boy. There is also a heat pump in the lounge for those hot months and cooler periods.

Has an extra-large cupboard in the kitchen for storage of spare blankets and sheets etc., a small shed is situated to the side of the bach for storage of kid’s games and toys, and there is a bigger shed just off the rear the deck for storage of tools and bigger items.

A lot of items will remain including a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven still in new condition, another heater for those cooler months, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, duvets, blankets, sheets and pillow cases all in near new and very good clean condition.

Pōrangahau Village is only five minutes drive from the campground with the Duke cafe. Restaurant bar where great meals are on menu as well as a dairy that also serves Takeaways.
A 300cc Yamaha Moto4 quad bike will also come with the sale.

This bach is for holiday use only for up to 90 days per year and not for permanent or block living. New contracts will only allow up to 6 people to sleep in the bach overnight.

The prospective purchaser mush meet with the BlueBeach Campground owners before purchase.

There is a monthly site fee of $250.00 as well as quarterly power and $25.00 admin fees.

We have enjoyed this bach as well as the company and friendly banter in and around the campground, but we now want to move on and pass this awesome bach on for someone else to enjoy.
