This Privacy Policy sets out our policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information. We may update our privacy policy from time to time, and it is your responsibility to refer back to it periodically and to inform yourself of any changes. By using this website, you are accepting the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect:

We collect personal information from you that you provide to us in the course of using the website, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, information about your property and intended uses of the property, GST registration number (if any), whether you will require a mortgage or other third party services offered through the website, and any additional information you choose to provide or make available to us in the course of using our search, booking and offer functions, or requesting further information from us.

Where you seek to access any tools or purchase any services through our website we will collect the personal information required for invoicing and payment processes such as your billing address, bank account or credit card information.

Certain information about the device(s) you use to access the website may be automatically collected by us for the operation of the website, to maintain quality of service and to provide general statistics regarding use of the website. We use third party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the website. These tools will collect information sent by your device or our servers.

How We Will Use Your Personal Information:

We collect your personal information in order to provide you with access to the tools and services you may require, and in order to enable you to use the site to create or respond to listings, and/or to receive quotes or services from our third-party affiliates. This functionality includes:

  • create listings
  • submit an Expression of Interest
  • populate some forms with required information in order to simplify and automate some tasks to save you having to re-enter the same information repeatedly

We may also provide your personal information to:

  • a listing party, where you instruct us to send an Expression of Interest or to progress a proposed property transaction.
  • your solicitor and the other party’s solicitor as part of a proposed property transaction
  • our affiliated third-party service providers, where you have requested further information and/or expressed an interest in procuring these third-party services and/or where you request us to have someone contact you, e.g. a Mortgage or Insurance Broker
  • enable billing of tools and services purchased through the website, and to provide delivery and/or shipping information to third parties from whom you have purchased services through the website

If you are registered for GST we may collect some of this information for you, your nominee or a person associated with you in order to automate some of the processes requiring this information. This will be suppled it to third parties and their solicitor as part of an Expression of Interest to be used as part of a Sale and Purchase Agreement. This information may include your/their GST registration number, full name and address and your intended use of the property at settlement.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the required information to create an account, we will be unable to help you create a listing, order services, book a viewing, contact sellers or put in an Expression of Interest as each of these require you to have an account with us.

If you choose not to enter the information required on the 'Make an Offer' form, we will be unable to submit your offer to the seller of a property as this information is required in order to complete the 'Expression of Interest' process. Without this information the offer is incomplete and the subsequent workflow will not work in order to produce the agreed terms of sale.

We use your information to send notifications relating to searches, provide quotes and complete bookings for you. Where you register to receive promotional material, we will send information we consider may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe to receiving promotional content from us at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided with such communications. You may not opt out of service related communications such as account verification, purchase and billing confirmation and reminders, changes and updates to features of the website, technical and security notices.

We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. We may, however, be required to disclose information to a third party in order to comply with legal process, including government or law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigations or legal issues, or to protect our legal rights or interests or defend any claims made against us.

Rights of Access and Correction:

You may access your information and update your account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If your information is updated, we may keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
