Nic Started the company in 2010 after seeing a gap in the Wellington market. Since starting the company, he has inspected over 2000 homes & still has a huge passion for the industry.
His initial goal was to pass on his extensive building and property knowledge to his clients to better help them during the decision making process of purchasing property.
Not only is he an extremely competent builder and inspector, but he has a way of communicating with his clients and stakeholders that is simple and comprehensible to eliminate any confusion in the process. He is always looking for new cutting edge technologies to stay ahead of the game.
Nic completed his apprenticeship in carpentry through BCITO, he is a Licenced Building Practitioner and keeps up to date with the latest building code. His exposure and love of the industry started at a young age as his father who he now co-owns a building company with has worked as a successful builder for over 30 years.
