The answer was to have property managers that were owner operators rather than staff members and limit the number of properties they manage as this ultimately determines the time they can devote to each property and therefore the level of service. Therefore, the solution was a total focus on quality and not just growth.
We don't charge owners Letting Fees!
Wengheng is Malaysian Chinese and has lived in Auckland for over 20 years. He is the Central Auckland property management pro. He is also based in Central Auckland and hence can easily get to any property in Central Auckland.
Wengheng comes from a corporate management background and has worked for several well-known companies, including Fletcher Building, Goodman Fielder and Tip Top Ice Cream.
