As well as high-quality professional photography you should also consider drone photography. Drone offers a birds eye view of your property and the surrounding neighbourhood giving the buyer a clear picture of the properties boundary lines, views and building layout.
I also offer walk through video which I believe brings your property to life and adds value and dimension to your marketing plan.
Alongside this you can add a floor plan to clearly define the building layout and size, perfect for showing storage areas, extra toilets and parts of the building that are not shown in the photographs or video.

Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for photography. My career began 20 years ago when I was lucky enough to meet a number of amazing photography teachers who opened my eyes to this incredible creative world;
The mix of technical challenge and creativity had me hooked, this was the beginning of my photography career and the path of my life to date.
I have lived in Auckland most of my life and I truly love this city. My photography profession has been my focus for 20 years now and it continues to inspire me daily.
I look forward to the challenge of the next assignment and I love being a key part of the marketing team, working alongside real estate agents and private sellers.
I've covered a mixture of genres over the years and property has become my favourite by far.
