I have placed a 10m2 sleeping pod and 18m2 fully customised living pod connected by a 36m2 deck with Archgola canopy and 5 iron mesh curtains on a back section in a very good area in Whakatāne. The deck has front and rear stairs and also has a built in storage seat with the lids opening at either end. I store my suitcase/christmas tree and excess items in it.

The sleeping pod has ceiling to floor fully lined curtains and the living pod has specially made black out blinds. I installed two bars across the sleeping pod so you can sleep with the window open during the warmer months.

When I first purchased the section in September 2023 I had a local gardener plant out a grape vine, passionfruit vines, a tamarillo tree and feijoa tree. There is a mature peach tree that is abundant during the season.

I have installed a 2 person cedar tub from a entrepreneur based in Whangamatā named Sulis Hot Tubs. I had a wood storage shed built for the tub.

On all four sides are the most caring and respectful neighbours. I have always felt safe here.

I installed a gate that can be padlocked if you are going away.

I commissioned the inhouse draughtsman at Podlife to draw me up a set of drawings for an additional pod that would have a ensuite and washing machine. I will include these drawings as part of the sale along with the GeoTech report for the property.

I have had the same lawyer for about 20 years who will draft up an agreement for sale and purchase for the property.
