This sturdy house, built in the 1930s, has since been rewired, replumbed, with new wall and ceiling insulation - and now on gas hot water! Beautiful hot showers - instantly!

The main house boasts three main bedrooms, a smaller room (with bunks at present), and brand new kitchen and bathroom. New flooring has been installed throughout the common areas and new carpet in the two larger bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms can be renovated prior to settlement, if preferred.

A sleepout is accessible just a few steps away from the back door, along a covered walkway. There is also a second toilet accessible from outside (attached to the main house) for the sleepout or extra house guest emergencies.
