Services and Pricing

  • Construction Project Management from Concept to submission of Application for Resource Consents, Building Consents, Engineering & Planning Approval. We closely work with the Team of Engineers, Designer Architects, Planners, Surveyors and the Council and do follow up work for achieving approved plans. Once all relevant approvals and consents are received we support our clients in getting Construction Finance. When the construction phase is ready we initiate pre-construction process leading to commencing building construction with a clear start date of the project and end date of the construction project.
  • We have achieved closure of various residential building projects and some projects are ongoing at various stages of construction as well as various stages of Planning for new residential subdivision and building construction.
