We are offering as a "private sale" our 5 bed, 2 bathroom home on 4+Ha with a huge In-ground solar heated insulated pool and outdoor area that sets this property apart from others in the area. The ool area has a tall 2.8m retaining wall/wind break to keep out wind. The pool is a Burmuda insulated Fibreglass composite inground pool measuring 10m x 4m wide and is 1.8m - 1.2 at the entry end. Pool has an automatic regulator to set and forget. Add salt, set the chlorination level (though it’s already set) and that’s the pool taken care of for the summer. There is a 20kw (10 panels) solar water bank heating the pool with parts to make up 2 more 2kw panels.
