We are so sad to be selling our lovely little home but we are also so happy that someone else is going to create wonderful memories like we have.
We have lived in the house for nearly 8 years however 3 growing boys and a dog and cat we have totally outgrown this cosy 2 bedroom house. Currently the entrance/study has been transformed into a 3rd bedroom.

The garage is underneath the house with internal access. You can also access under the whole house from here. This is currently where the cat resides due to having a nightmare relationship with the dog. It is dry under the house as it has the black plastic matting stuff.
The view alone is worth 1 million dollars. You can literally see everything beyond the airport. Imagine going up a level??? Amazing.
The garden. Well its got the bones for something great. Jasmine is overgrown but we wanted that because it smells amazing.
Rosemary, olives, a little peach tree, apple tree, fig tree, boysenberry, orange raspberries, cape gooseberries, enough spinach to kill popeye and three plum trees. All still in infancy but all produce a little fruit each year.

The house is 15 minutes to the city via Ngaio Gorge or 16 minutes via Onslow Road. Literally walking distance to schools, the village, the pool, old mate Craig Dunshea and his deli, the train station the bus stops, the park. Everything is close.Also we will need 4 months from the date of sale to move out!
